Returns, Exchange & Warranty

Returns and exchanges are gladly considered, with the exception of personalized (engraved) items.

Exchange: Accidentally ordered the wrong ring size? No problem, an exchange will be provided.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer!

Warranty: Free ring refinishing service for lifetime of ring. Customer pays for all shipping costs.

Returns accepted within: 30 days of delivery

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
